Hardangerfjord Adventure is responsible for processing personal information processed in connection with the use of our services and products, and personal information we collect and process for the purposes stated below. The fact that Hardangerfjord Adventure is the treatment manager primarily means that it is Hardangerfjord Adventure, which is responsible in regards of the Personal Data Act on this website and its content.
If Hardangerfjord Adventure chooses another company that is responsible for processing personal information, ie data about you, we call it a data processor. Statistics on users and traffic are usually used and used in aggregated form, so the statistics do not contain any information that can be linked directly to you as an identified person. IP-adresses are anonymous.
About children’s privacy
Hardangerfjord Adventure does not wish to collect or otherwise treat personal data about children under 15 years of age.
If children under 15 have nevertheless provided us with personal information, we will delete the information as soon as we become aware of the relationship.
Changes to the Privacy Statement
We will periodically be able to update the Privacy Statement for Hardangerfjord Adventure Services, to reflect any changes to the sites.
